Position Available:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on the marketplaces (Amazon, Ebay and others), ensuring they are accurately represented and highly visible to potential customers.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and sales on the marketplaces.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to improve our e-commerce strategy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Qualifications:
- Experience in using e-commerce platforms, including Amazon Seller Central and Ebay.
- Understanding of e-commerce management, including SEO, PPC advertising, and e-commerce analytics.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve customer issues.
- Self-motivated and driven for results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead in the e-commerce space.
- Assist front desk as needed.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $16-$17 depending on experience
