Position Available:

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize product listings on the marketplaces (Amazon, Ebay and others), ensuring they are accurately represented and highly visible to potential customers.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and sales on the marketplaces.
• Create and manage advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to improve our e-commerce strategy.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Qualifications:
• Experience in using e-commerce platforms, including Amazon Seller Central and Ebay.
• Understanding of e-commerce management, including SEO, PPC advertising, and e-commerce analytics.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve customer issues.
• Self-motivated and driven for results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead in the e-commerce space.
• Assist front desk as needed.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $16-$17 depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Work Location: Mount Pleasant, Texas- In person

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
