We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with a flair for sales support to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience through our products and services. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives on building strong customer relationships and has a natural talent for upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information and exceptional service.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the root cause, and offering the best solution.
Inside Sales:
- Identify customer needs and recommend additional products or services that align with their goals.
- Proactively reach out to existing customers to introduce new offerings, promotions, or account upgrades.
- Meet or exceed sales goals through effective communication and relationship-building.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on promotions, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve products, services, and customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
