QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of professional experience, Active Secret Security clearance required, ability to apply Human-centered design (HCD) theories, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficient PowerPoint Presentation skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead day-to-day projects, serve as a strategic advisor to military clients, identify and mitigate risks, develop strategic communications materials, support Project Management Reviews, and own the development of Monthly Status Reporting.

This position is located in Huntsville, AL.
Work you'll do
- Serve as the day-to-day lead on projects, primarily onsite
- Serve as a strategic advisor to high-level military clients to drive progress, asking strategic questions to uncover better solutions, and implement change
- Help identify and minimize risks, allocate resources effectively, anticipate challenges, and enhance operational effectiveness
- Develop and/or review/assess and update strategic communications materials associated with an acquisition program, including supportive project schedules, interfacing with key stakeholders, process roadmaps, policy updates, personas, etc., to drive buy-in and org change Support routine Project Management Reviews (PMR) to report status, identify project risks, and evaluate overall progress towards meeting project objectives; and own development of Monthly Status Reporting (MSR).

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of professional experience
- Active Secret Security clearance required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to apply Human-centered design (HCD) theories with a customer lens to problem solving
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting at executive levels, critical and strategic thinking and organizational skills Strong PowerPoint Presentation skills

Previous Consulting experience in Government Public Sector
