Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. You will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their journey with us and fostering long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer accounts, engaging in technical discussions to understand client needs.
Coordinate with internal technical specialists for issue resolution.
Conduct customer meetings and follow-ups (50%), attend internal meetings (10%), and handle emails and documentation reviews (40%).
Occasionally travel to customer sites (anticipated twice annually).
Contribute to customer satisfaction and success by ensuring efficient communication and execution.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in:
Microsoft Cloud technologies.
Technical knowledge of AWS or similar platforms.
Customer-facing roles with strong organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage a diverse customer base effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Microsoft certifications or similar IT credentials.
Experience in account management within technology-driven organizations (e.g., Oracle).
