Customer Success Specialist

Assist customers throughout their lifecycle with Relaymed, serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, troubleshoot issues, create/update documentation, maintain knowledge base, build relationships with customers, identify potential risks, and back up team roles as needed.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Join the Customer Success team as a specialist to support customers from onboarding through ongoing engagement, ensuring effective use of Relaymed's software service and addressing customer needs throughout their business growth.
Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. Your job will be to assist customers throughout their entire lifecycle with Relaymed. From their initial commitment and onboarding of our software service to the followup and addressing of customer needs during their full term with our product.
You will also be responsible for the training and follow up of these customers after their successful go live, which includes opportunities such as customer expansion, upselling, project management and (Relaymed) adjustments while they grow as a viable business.

You have strong project management skills and are comfortable managing to timelines and defined expectations. You excel at prioritizing competing demands and have excellent project documentation skills. Your engaging interpersonal skills and ability to influence others help you drive project execution, manage potential risks, and build relationships. You have a strong aptitude and desire for technical learning. You can quickly assimilate technical information and relay it to others.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be a part of the Customer Success team, working together to introduce Relaymed to new customers and acutely address their needs long after their activation and go live
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process of the customer’s transition onto our product and service
- Problem solving and troubleshoot installation, configuration, workflow and usage issues
- Create and update concise documentation of activities to keep all team members informed
- Write new articles and keep knowledge base up to date based on customer interactions, product growth, changes and ongoing requirements
- Be a part of the Customer Success Team in building strong relationships with Relaymed customers through onboarding, training, expansion opportunities and technical support
- Proactively identify potential risks and communicate to appropriate Relaymed team members.
- Build strong relationships within the Customer Success team and act as a backup for all roles in the team on an as needed basis.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
