Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our coaching team and oversee the entire client journey. You would be our Head of Client Success. This senior leadership role combines deep expertise in ecommerce and marketing with strong team management and client success skills. The ideal candidate will drive client satisfaction, retention, and success metrics while managing and developing our coaching team.
Primary Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop a team of ecommerce coaches
- Create and maintain coaching standards and best practices
- Lead team meetings and professional development sessions
- Monitor and evaluate coach performance
- Participate in coach hiring and training
Client Success Strategy
- Design and optimize client onboarding and success processes
- Conduct 1:1 client onboarding calls to ensure strong program starts
- Perform exit interviews to gather insights and improve retention
- Analyze client success metrics and implement improvements
- Create and maintain client success playbooks and resources
Client Coaching
- Lead weekly small group coaching calls (3-5 groups of 10-15 participants each)
- Provide expert consultation on Facebook advertising campaigns
- Guide clients in marketing funnel optimization
- Support clients in achieving first-order profitability
Community Leadership & Engagement
- Actively participate in our private client community, providing expert guidance and timely responses to client questions
- Set response time standards and engagement protocols for the coaching team
- Monitor overall community health and engagement levels
- Identify common client challenges from community discussions to inform program improvements
- Foster a supportive, results-driven community culture
- Lead by example in community engagement and client support
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in paid media buying, specifically Facebook advertising
- 3+ years of team management or leadership experience
- Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns for consumer products
- Deep understanding of marketing funnel creation and optimization
- Experience creating and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns including ads, funnels, and email sequences
- Strong ability to teach and communicate marketing concepts to non-marketers
- Track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in developing and implementing client success strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running or leading at a marketing agency
- Background in client success leadership
- Experience with Shopify
- Track record in creating marketing partnerships, joint ventures, or affiliate marketing programs
- Experience in the agriculture, food, or direct-to-consumer sectors
- History of helping businesses achieve first-order profitability through paid advertising

Compensation & Benefits
- $130,000-$175,000 annual base compensation (based on experience)
- Performance bonus up to $50,000 annually based on client success metrics
