As a Data Analyst for the marketing team, you will analyze data and develop insights to enhance marketing performance through dashboards and reporting tools.

Position Overview


As a Data Analyst dedicated to the marketing team, you will play a key role in analyzing data, developing actionable insights, and creating advanced dashboards to track and optimize marketing performance. You will leverage tools like Power BI, DAX, Snowflake and Rudderstack as well as other reporting tools to provide detailed reporting on campaign success, funnel engagement, and advertisement KPIs. Your expertise will help refine strategies and drive measurable results for the marketing department.


Key Responsibilities


  • Marketing Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI for marketing campaign performance and audience behavior insights.
    • Use DAX language to create advanced calculations for accurate and meaningful reporting.
    • Upgrade and maintain Excel reports to use Semantic Models that will update the reports on a daily basis.
  • Advertisement & KPI Tracking:
    • Monitor and analyze key advertisement metrics such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify trends, measure success, and suggest optimizations for ongoing campaigns.
  • Tracking & Event Monitoring:
    • Work with developers and media buyers to implement and validate tracking solutions (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel).
    • Ensure accurate event tracking across platforms and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
  • Campaign Optimization Support:
    • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign targeting, creative effectiveness, and channel performance.
    • Help evaluate A/B testing results to refine audience strategies and ad content.
  • Data Integrity & Quality Assurance:
    • Maintain the accuracy and consistency of marketing data from various platforms.
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring reliable reports for decision-making.

Qualifications


Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience with Power BI, including building advanced dashboards and visualizations.
  • Strong proficiency in DAX language for creating complex measures and calculated columns.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Deep understanding of marketing performance metrics, including CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and funnel analysis.
  • Experience with tracking and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and TikTok Pixel.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights for the marketing team.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Knowledge of SQL or other database querying tools.
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Prior experience working in the fitness, supplement, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
