We are seeking a results-driven, business-minded, and highly analytical Marketing Data Analyst to join our marketing team.
The Marketing Data Analyst will support the marketing team by analyzing performance data, generating reports, and assisting in data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on monitoring campaign results, preparing dashboards, and delivering insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Data Collection & Management:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, CRM, Customer Data Platform) to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Implement tracking mechanisms such as UTM parameters to ensure accurate data collection. Develop tracking policies for internal team-members and keep team members up-to-date with best practices.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor campaign and channel KPIs (e.g., ROI, CTR, CPA) and highlight key trends.
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be used to optimize campaigns and drive better results.
Reporting & Visualization:
- Develop, maintain, and distribute standardized marketing reports and dashboards showing campaign performance and contribution to business goals.
- Present findings clearly to internal stakeholders.
A/B Testing & Experimentation:
- Support the designing and analyzing A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and user experiences to identify winning variations.
- Monitor test results and provide statistical analysis and recommendations for campaign adjustments.
Forecasting & Budgeting:
- Support the marketing team in forecasting campaign outcomes and determining budget allocation based on historical data and performance metrics.
- Help model expected outcomes for new campaigns and channels.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal and external team members to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields).
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a performance marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce environment.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and affiliate marketing tools.
