LOCATION

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI), strong SQL skills, experience with programming languages like Python or R, and excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Seeking a Data Analyst to centralize, structure, and analyze key company data, developing intelligent dashboards to support decision-making across multiple departments.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for centralizing,
structuring, and analyzing the company’s key data. The primary goal is to develop and
maintain an intelligent dashboard using tools such as Looker or Power BI (PBI),
providing reliable and up-to-date metrics to support decision-making across various
departments.The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, the ability to understand the needs of multiple teams (Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, etc.), and the skills to translate these needs into clear technical requirements. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities

Data Centralization & Organization: Gather information from various sources
(internal systems, Baremetrics, databases, etc.) and unify it into a single repository. -
Dashboard Development: Design and maintain dashboards in Looker, Power BI,
or other visualization tools to present real-time, relevant metrics. -
Data Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities based on
quantitative insights. -
Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and consistency, identify
anomalies, and propose solutions. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance,
and Operations teams to understand their needs and translate them into analytical
projects. -
Reporting & Presentations: Communicate findings and actionable
recommendations to team leads and management in a clear, concise manner. -
Process Automation: Implement automated workflows for data collection and
regular updates, minimizing manual tasks.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a
related field preferred. - 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau,
etc.). -
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases; familiarity with data
warehousing is a plus. -
Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis is
desirable. - Solid knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling, and interpreting results.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-technical
teams. -
Results-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of self-management.
