The Database Management Coordinator (DMC) will manage databases, generate leads, and represent agent-clients, ensuring professional communications and effective outreach strategies in a hybrid work environment.

Position Type: Independent Contractor
Reports To: Precision Leverage Solutions (PLS) Management
Compensation: Base + Commission (detailed in Independent Contractor Agreement)
Location: Hybrid (Enola, PA)

At PLS, we specialize in database management and lead generation services tailored for real estate professionals. By optimizing operations, strengthening client relationships, and generating business opportunities, our DMCs ensure seamless, professional experiences for our agent-clients.

Position Overview:
The Database Management Coordinator is responsible for managing client databases, reactivating dormant leads, and generating new business opportunities. Acting as a white-labeled representative of agent-clients, the DMC ensures all communications reflect their brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Database Management:

  • Scrub, organize, and tag databases using KW Command.
  • Address missing or incomplete contact details to maintain compliance with TCPA and DNC regulations.
  • Use segmentation strategies like DTD2 to prioritize outreach effectively.

Lead Generation and Outreach:

  • Conduct personalized outreach to re-engage dormant leads and nurture relationships.
  • Execute strategies targeting FSBOs, expired listings, and social media leads.
  • Represent agent-clients professionally using approved workflows and scripts.
  • Handle objections and propose solutions to convert leads.

Campaign Management:

  • Create and manage SmartPlans for ongoing engagement.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns, providing regular updates to clients.

Client Communication and Reporting:

  • Serve as a white-labeled extension of agent-clients.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports detailing outreach results and database activity.

Compliance and Training:

  • Adhere to federal, state, and industry regulations, including TCPA, DNC, and confidentiality protocols.
  • Attend ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and compliance.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Active and valid Pennsylvania real estate license.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of residential real estate sales experience.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of lead conversion.
  • Experience with KW Command or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be willing to hang your real estate license with Keller Williams of Central PA.

Preferred:

  • Inside Sales Agent (ISA) certification.
  • Experience with FSBOs, expired listings, or similar lead niches.
  • Familiarity with database segmentation strategies, including DTD2.
  • Knowledge of TCPA and DNC regulations related to real estate marketing.

Compensation:
This independent contractor role offers a competitive base per agent-client and commission-based earnings for lead generation, as detailed in the Independent Contractor Agreement.
