RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a trusted advisor in implementing Dayforce, manage the entire implementation process, create and document technical integrations, assist with data conversion for HR and Payroll, and identify best practices while managing multiple client engagements.

BDO Digital seeks an Experienced Senior Consultant for the EBA team to support projects in HCM, ERP, and CRM implementations, contributing to Business Transformation and Operational Excellence efforts.
Job Summary:
To support our double-digit growth goals, BDO Digital seeks an Experienced Senior Consultant will be part of an Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team supporting projects in the areas of EBA strategy and implementation, in addition to Business Transformation and Operational Excellence efforts. This role will conduct discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration, and implementation management of Human Capital Management (HCM), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and other related business applications functioning as a key resource for our clients spanning, finance, product distribution, manufacturing, job costing, field service, sales, marketing, service, and reporting.
As one of the first Dayforce System Integrator partners for HCM, BDO has established a strong presence in North America as one of Ceridian’s most strategic partners. Our team has been rapidly growing, having increased 5x in 2022 with a rapidly expanding base of clients.
Job Duties:
The Dayforce Integration Technical Consultant will own the following responsibilities:
- Acts as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in implementing Dayforce
- Participates in all phases of the Dayforce implementation including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live and Post Go-Live
- Collects, designs and documents, builds, tests, and deploys technical integrations utilizing XML/XSLT
- Assists clients with populating, loading, and validating data conversion templates for HR, Payroll, Benefits and other related data elements
- Provides internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended resolution to Green
- Manages multiple client/project engagements simultaneously
- Identifies best practices/lessons learned & document/share internally & with Dayforce
- Completes new release training as needed & be our expert on Dayforce
- Other duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) or more years of industry experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, required; OR
- High School Diploma/GED and six (6) or more years of industry experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, required
Experience:
- Five (5) or more years of business process analysis and/or business application education or experience, required
- Two (2) or more years of Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation experience, required
- Deep proficiency with XML/XSLT and experience with Data Conversion tools/processes (ETLV), preferred
- High level of proficiency creating HR, Payroll, Benefits 834 or Cobra files using XML/XSLT methodology, preferred
- Experience with common Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices, preferred
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Dayforce Integration, preferred
- Dayforce Data Conversion, preferred
Software:
Experience with one or more of the following Dayforce solutions required:
- Talent Intelligence
- Workforce Management (WFM)
- Benefits Intelligence
- Human Resources (HR)

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $85,000 - $130,000
Maryland Range: $85,000 - $130,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $85,000 - $130,000
