Act as a liaison between dealerships and loan production, prospect dealerships, educate them on lending programs, perform dealership reviews, document activities in CRM, complete dealer installation procedures, and promote brand awareness through various media.

As a Dealer Development Representative, you will facilitate partnerships with dealerships, help them secure financing, and promote Prestige Financial Services' lending programs to enhance customer experience.

Reports To: AVP of Dealer Development

Your Role: As a Dealer Development Representative, you will act as a liaison between dealerships and loan production, help dealerships get deals approved and funded, and assist dealerships with deal packets and stipulation collection.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize B2B software and reporting to prospect high-value dealerships
  • Utilize CRM software to document and report daily/on-going activities to AVP
  • Perform dealership reviews to determine a dealership’s compatibility
  • Pitch lending program to dealerships that meets Prestige’s standards
  • Educate prospective dealerships on Prestige’s lending programs, overall benefits and onboarding documentation
  • Act as liaison between dealership and Dealer Development Administrative assistant
  • Complete dealer installation procedure for every new partner dealership
  • Work with AVP to develop and implement strategic campaigns and strategies for prospective dealerships
  • Cultivate new partnerships with new franchised dealerships
  • Utilize media, such as print, social and electronic media to promote brand awareness for Prestige
  • Protect the legal, financial and moral well-being of the company
  • Other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Enthusiastic, professional, and persuasive demeanor
  • Personal organization, time management and task prioritization
  • Adept at relationship management
  • Comfortable in pressure situations with executive-level industry personnel
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds, RouteOne and DealerTrack preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in at least one of the following capacities required:
  • Marketing representative with an automobile finance company
  • Loan Officer or Funding Manager with an automobile finance company
  • Sales or Finance Manager at a franchised automobile dealership
  • Clean driving record required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to remain stationary for continuous periods of time. Constantly operate a computer and phone. Frequently communicates with customers, coworkers, and managers about accounts. Able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Wage DOE

Schedule M-F 9:00am-6:00pm

Nights and Weekends as Needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $72,000.00 per year
