SHORT DESCRIPTION

Seeking an experienced professional to drive sales and account management in the cryptocurrency sector, focusing on new business development and client relationship management.

Requirements:

Minimum of:

4 years of financial technology sales experience or account management experience in fin-tech.
Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and products
Advantageous additional skills:
Knowledge of trading Crypto spot and derivative products for professional organisations.
Developing, supporting and managing Crypto trading systems for a software development company.
Knowledge of futures or trad-fi derivative markets.

Training and Knowledge
Become familiar with Deltix’s CryptoCortex products: C2 (exchange, broker-dealer and OTC desk), Market Maker, Spread Trader, Trade Hub and Ember. In time learn to use and demonstrate these products.
Also obtain a high-level working knowledge of QuantOffice for Crypto

Participate in new business development and Sales
Work with the US, EMEA & Asia Pac account management, product and delivery teams to; develop and deliver a marketing, sales and delivery strategy for the Crypto sector. Contribute to brand initiatives including product marketing materials.
Work with EPAMs teams to identify appropriate companies.
Work independently to identify target Crypto trading and asset management companies in the Americas.
Identify appropriate conferences to attend, present these with relevant cost and attendance information to the US, EMEA & Asia Pac account management team for approval.
Attend selected conferences.
Visit prospects and existing clients.
Contribute to business' value propositions, Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and able to present those to prospective customers.
Design re-usable collateral (demos, brochures, etc.) that can be tailored as required for different customer’s opportunities. Designs and develop technical presentations and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) documentation.
Participate in the pre-sales initiatives across existing and new accounts.
Identify and develop new opportunities from existing clients to achieve our objective of developing full service partnership.
Assist in analyzing client processes through needs analysis and recommending new business models, workflows, or innovative solutions
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on crypto products and market trends (we must show our expertise)

Delivery :

Work with Delivery Managers to execute customer projects successfully.
Solicit cooperation from the appropriate internal experts in order to demonstrate EPAM’s capabilities and advantages fully.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and customer support
Establishes criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs
Ensure that client relationship, interactions, and deliverables are in keeping with the spirit of the contracts
Travel to client sites and EPAM nearshore delivery centres as needed.

Client Management (for larger clients – Fees over $200k/pa)

Develop understanding of key stakeholders in the client organization, including the procurement organization, have an idea of budget cycles and limits;
Provide leadership and counsel to clients at key points during project delivery and manage expectations and relationships with designated clients.
