As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy.
Position Overview
The Demand Generation Manager will lead the development and execution of strategies to generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of the tech and/or insurance industry, and is skilled at managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy to achieve lead generation, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, content syndication, social media, paid media, and more.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze audience behavior and segmentation to create targeted campaigns tailored to different personas and stages of the buyer journey.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track, nurture, and qualify leads.
- Own performance metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Identify new opportunities for growth through A/B testing, experimentation, and emerging demand generation strategies.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure campaigns are supported by engaging, high-quality assets such as white papers, case studies, blogs, and videos.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related role, preferably in the tech or insurance industry.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and a deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the insurance industry or working with insurance technology solutions.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic display.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
