We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This mid-level role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through performance marketing, social marketing, content development, and website optimization. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across digital platforms to fuel growth and optimize conversions.

About You
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Support the development of paid performance marketing strategies to drive awareness, lead acquisition, and conversions.
- Oversee the execution and optimization of campaigns within various ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and others).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
Social Marketing Program:
- Manage the social media strategy and execution across platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Oversee content creation, scheduling, and engagement initiatives to build community and drive customer acquisition.
- Track social media KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Content Marketing and Digital Asset Creation:
- Lead the execution of content marketing strategies, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and other digital assets to support campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and drives demand.
- Coordinate with design teams or agencies to produce high-quality, engaging digital assets.
Website Content Management & Optimization:
- Oversee website content to ensure it is optimized for brand positioning, performance marketing, and SEO.
- Implement updates and enhancements to improve user experience and drive customer conversion.
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure seamless integration with marketing campaigns.
Data-Driven Marketing Optimization:
- Leverage analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns across all channels.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement testing strategies (e.g., A/B testing) to enhance results.
Your skillset/experience should include:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles, preferably in B2B or SaaS industries.
- Proficiency in ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, social media strategies, and content marketing best practices.
- Experience with website management and optimization tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize marketing efforts.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to support content creation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams or external agencies
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.

The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 120,000 USD per year(Boulder, CO)
