Role Overview:
We're seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead B2B marketing initiatives and work directly with our sales team. You'll develop, execute, and scale innovative demand generation programs that drive significant growth for DaySmart Recreation.
Collaboration hours are 9-5 ET. This is a fully remote position based in the United States. This role will report directly to the SVP/COO Rec.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize a robust demand generation strategy
- Develop and manage lead generation campaigns (Leads, MQLs, SQLs)
- Analyze marketing and sales data to improve pipeline impact and revenue
- Oversee email automation, landing pages, and content implementation
- Create and manage an ABM strategy for larger providers
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for marketing performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive projects to completion
- Manage vendor relationships for SEO, paid advertising, and reporting
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, focusing on SMB space
- Expertise in digital marketing, paid media, and email campaigns
- Prior experience in the SaaS or tech space
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
- Experience with Marketo is a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, and other MarTech tools
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent project management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities

Salary
- The salary for this role is $115,000-$130,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, internal equity, etc.
