PlanITROI is seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive leads and support sales initiatives through multi-channel marketing campaigns while ensuring alignment between marketing and sales teams.

Demand Generation Marketing Manager Overview: PlanITROI is growing and seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to execute tactical marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive demand, and support sales initiatives through a multi-channel approach. The Marketing Manager will focus on managing demand generation efforts and ensuring alignment between marketing and sales.

This role is remote on EST only.

Responsibilities:

Demand Generation Campaigns

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, webinars, events, and digital initiatives to generate leads and build demand.
  • Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance insights to ensure alignment with lead generation and demand targets.

Sales Collaboration and Enablement

  • Partner with sales teams to ensure lead quality and timely follow-up, aligning marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Provide sales enablement tools and resources, such as presentations, scripts, and competitive analysis, to support the sales process.
  • Work with an outsourced demand generation team of business development representatives to provide enablement on campaigns and marketing strategies.

Lead Scoring and Nurturing

  • Implement and refine lead scoring models to identify high-quality leads for sales follow-up.
  • Develop and execute lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.

Market Research and Innovation

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for market penetration.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by adopting and leveraging AI-enabled tools and technologies to accelerate lead generation, improve campaign targeting, and drive faster client acquisition.
  • Test and implement innovative strategies and tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and ensure competitive differentiation.

Technology and Tools Management

  • Assist in managing and optimizing CRM and marketing automation tools to support campaign execution and data tracking.
  • Leverage tools and technologies to support ABM strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Events and Agency Management

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and sponsored events.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Campaign Performance and ROI

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reporting on key metrics and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve lead conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing roles, or related experience.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing/sales automation tools. (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot (MCAE), Gong)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on alignment between marketing and sales teams.
  • Experience managing events and working with external agencies is a plus.
  • Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
