About The Role
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth of Bipsync by developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads. They will leverage a mix of marketing tactics to drive marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and event management to attract potential clients and nurture them through the sales funnel. By aligning marketing initiatives with revenue targets, they ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads that contribute to the company’s revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and client conversion.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align goals and ensure a cohesive brand message across all platforms.
- Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email, social media, PPC, and SEO.
- Develop and own event strategy, including industry events/conferences, webinars, and hosted events.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline lead generation processes and personalized client interactions.
- Design A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and increase ROI.
- Working with the content team to develop a content calendar that supports demand generation efforts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in demand generation, customer lifecycle marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM software, and web analytics tools
- Experience driving marketing programs and campaigns from concept to completion within set deadlines
- Plan, organize, and execute event strategy including sponsored and hosted events and webinars
- Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of B2B sales techniques and strategies, SaaS preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
- Maintain a test and learn approach and a bias for action to continually optimize and accelerate performance

The pay range for this role is:
85,000.00 - 115,000.00 USD per year (New York)
