LOCATION
Chicago, Illinois (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite)
QUALIFICATIONS
2-4 years of experience in digital demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS. Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce, alongside excellent project management and communication skills.

As a flexible-first organization, this role requires the Demand Generation Specialist to be onsite at the office two-three days a week.
What you’d be doing in this role
As the Demand Generation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing, coordinating, and executing demand generation campaigns to attract, engage, and convert leads. You’ll take charge of campaigns across various channels, including paid social, paid search, display ads, SEO, and email, all while contributing to our growth strategy.
You’ll collaborate closely with teams like Sales, Brand, and Revenue Operations to ensure every campaign is strategically aligned and executed seamlessly. The impact you’ll make
- You’ll assist in executing and implementing marketing strategies and Go-To-Market demand generation efforts.
- You’ll coordinate and run marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they align with Nextpoint’s immediate and long-term business goals while driving process improvements and lead generation.
- You’ll manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, and Apollo, to enhance performance, drive revenue, and support team productivity.
- You’ll support the day-to-day management of marketing technologies, ensuring they function as a seamless end-to-end system.
- You’ll compile and analyze performance reports for all digital marketing channels, using your insights to recommend optimizations that make an impact.
- You’ll build and refine automated processes such as lead scoring, lead assignments, and attribution to streamline workflows.
- You’ll maintain and update the marketing calendar, keeping everything on track throughout the year.
- You’ll assist in scheduling, promoting, and analyzing educational webinars to connect with our audience.
Your expertise
- Proven Demand Generation Expertise: Bring 2-4 years of experience in digital demand generation or growth marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS (legal technology experience is a plus). Demonstrate success in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including Google Paid Search, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads, that drive measurable results.
- Specialized Skills in Marketing Campaign Execution: Showcase expertise in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, aligning them with business goals to improve processes, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
- Technical Proficiency in Marketing Technology: Possess a strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Apollo. Leverage experience with tools like Google Analytics and Looker to analyze campaign performance, refine strategies, and optimize workflows.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Demonstrate a proven track record in lead scoring, pipeline reporting, and attribution reporting to measure the impact of marketing efforts on revenue. Use data insights to inform campaign strategies and optimize results.
- Strong Project Management and Collaboration: Excel in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Showcase excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Brand, and Revenue Operations, to execute campaigns effectively.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Bring strong written and verbal communication abilities to facilitate collaboration and alignment across teams. Deliver insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to drive marketing success.
