SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Specialist to execute and measure marketing campaigns, drive lead generation, and support sales objectives for Courser's brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: implement and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns in HubSpot to drive lead acquisition and conversion.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content for call sequences and CTA through the various stages of the buyer’s journey.
- CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize search engine campaigns and manage paid search initiatives to increase brand visibility and traffic.
- Email Marketing: Execute inbound and outbound email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with overall business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B Marketing. MSP Experience a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
