The Demand Marketing Programs Manager will lead the demand engine for EPS Learning, optimizing marketing strategies to capture and convert high-quality leads, ultimately driving company growth and equity in education.

Position Summary

The Demand Marketing Programs Manager plays a pivotal role in fueling EPS Learning’s growth by overseeing and optimizing our perpetual demand engine, a strategic system designed to drive high-quality lead capture and conversion. This role ensures seamless, data-driven engagement with targeted buyers across all stages of the marketing funnel, balancing high-velocity growth and considered-purchase GTM motions. We’re looking for a marketing leader who thrives on operational excellence, leverages data insights to refine strategy, and implements best practices to continuously elevate the impact of our demand generation programs. Responsibilities

  • Provide operational management and oversight of the core "perpetual demand engine” for EPS – ensuring processes, tools, and data protocols are optimized for seamless performance.
  • Manage and continuously optimize the critical path of programs and logic to ensure optimal engagement, nurturing and conversion of high-quality leads.
  • Develop, manage, and refine email marketing programs, leveraging industry best practices to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at EPS Learning to execute key growth marketing initiatives by developing optimized landing pages, lead capture strategies, and campaign workflows.
  • Analyze and improve the performance of lead nurturing and engagement programs using data-driven insights, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and revenue objectives.
  • Develop and manage the digital advertising budget and plan, continuously monitoring and optimizing channel performance to maximize ROI and achieve programmatic objectives.
  • Ensure program continuity and effectiveness through robust demand engine tracking and data governance protocols, maintaining accuracy and consistency across systems.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a combination of field marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing, with an emphasis on digital demand and Nurturing programs.
  • Hands-on experience managing marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite).
  • Strong background in email marketing program development and optimization.
  • Expertise in lead nurturing workflows and demand generation logic.
  • Proficiency in creating and optimizing landing pages and lead capture strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Knowledge of demand marketing best practices, data governance, and performance metrics.

Compensation Range: The annual salary for this position is $84,000 - $100,000 plus an annual bonus. The actual base pay offered is determined by several variables, such as the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, location, and market conditions. Base pay is one component of EPS Learning's total compensation package, which also includes a generous benefits package, 401k plan, as well as bonus.
