At least 2 years of dental front desk experience preferred, strong communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, positive attitude, some knowledge of dental billing, and leadership skills.

We’re seeking a Benefits Coordinator & Supervisor to join our team and help provide an exceptional experience for our patients. About the Role: In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing treatment coordination, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth experience for our patients from start to finish. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, engaging with them in a positive and professional manner, advocating for their dental treatment, and helping them navigate insurance and benefits.

Office hours: M/ TH 8:00-5:00, T/W: 7:00-3:00, F: 8:00-4:00
Job Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by engaging with patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Coordinate patient treatment schedules and advocate for dental care options
- Assist patients with insurance and benefits coordination, ensuring clarity in treatment costs and coverage
- Support the overall patient experience, ensuring all needs are met efficiently and courteously
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with treatment planning
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive, upbeat attitude
- Initiate daily huddles, and be able to structure goals for the team
- Coordinate staff schedules
- B2B marketing + social media content
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of dental front desk experience is preferred
- A passion for helping others, with a friendly, welcoming demeanor
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with patients
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- A positive, eager-to-learn attitude and a genuine desire to grow with our office
- Leadership skills
