QUALIFICATIONS

The Design Team Project Specialist manages creative workflows, assigns projects, liaises with local stores and marketing teams, and ensures timely delivery of design requests for Texas Roadhouse, Bubba's 33, and Jaggers brands.

Position Overview
The Design Team Project Specialist oversees the creative workflow process including traffic, job assignments, timeline management, and supports local store job requests for all brands. This role also serves as a liaison and project manager between the Design Team, Local Stores, and our Field Marketing Teams.
Responsibilities
Design Team Workflow Process
With design leaders’ guidance, assigns projects to in-house and freelance designers, ensuring a balanced workload and on-time completion of creative work
Reviews and communicates due dates and job status for all projects
Leads weekly traffic status meetings, providing Brand Marketing leadership with updates on all active projects
Oversees all projects workflow, leveraging Lytho workflow platform to move projects through process from initial design, to proofing, internal client review, legal reviews, and final art
Becomes a subject-matter expert on Texas Roadhouse, Bubba’s 33 and Jaggers brands
Identifies duplicate job requests and relates them to existing jobs
Analyzes and identifies patterns in incoming requests to optimize workflow and anticipate future needs as well as assets that should be considered for Marketing Central Platforms (platform for customized marketing materials accessed by Local Store Marketers)
Monitors project progress and makes adjustments to timelines and resources as needed
Responsible for learning and implementing Lytho workflow platform, updates, new user training, and process management
Design Requests and Support Team Projects
Fields design requests from Texas Roadhouse, Bubba’s 33 and Jaggers stores, field marketing team members, and other departments
Ensures all requests adhere to brand standards, include necessary information, and approval to proceed (when appropriate) before moving project forward in Lytho platform
Assigns jobs and manages timelines as well as communicates with requestors on job status, reviews and approvals, and fulfillment (digital delivery or print production)
Assists with uploading static files to Marketing Central platforms
Prioritizes tasks and allocates resources effectively to meet project deadlines
Provides project management for larger, more complex projects and requests as needed
Creates file names for all in-coming projects
Inputs digital marketing team projects into Lytho
Supports other project needs including barcode creation and QR code creation as needed
Trains new field marketing partners and stores on submitting job requests, including information and approvals needed and timeline expectations
Print Buying
Orders print marketing materials for local store jobs
Maintains print vendor partnerships for local store jobs by obtaining quotes and ensuring deadlines are met for printing and shipping

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience or relevant certifications may also be considered.
Minimum 3 years creative workflow/traffic management or related experience required
Advertising or Design Agency experience, or In-House Creative Team Experience or similar, preferred
Experience with creative development and design process workflow systems preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat Pro
