We are seeking a talented and innovative Designer to join our CNN Brand Marketing team. This role will focus on creating compelling visual content for our direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into visually engaging campaigns. Experience working across the full marketing funnel and with direct-to-consumer brands is essential.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Collaborate with the Director to ensure all designs align with CNN’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and templates that enhance user engagement and drive consumer action.
  • Work across the full marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, ensuring cohesive and impactful design solutions at every stage.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product, to deliver integrated campaigns that drive consumer engagement and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing materials.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Your Qualifications & Experience...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on direct to consumer brands.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and motion graphics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across the full marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $71,260.00 - $132,340.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
