Vice President, Global Brand Chief Marketing Officer

The Global Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of comprehensive global marketing strategies to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and market share. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the apparel industry, digital marketing, and brand management.

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth.
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing and creative team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, wholesale + D2C marketing, social media, advertising, public relations, and events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regional sales and marketing and product design and merchandising to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
Champion the Dickies brand, ensuring it remains relevant and resonates with target audiences.
Performance Metrics: Brand Health Tracking. Search Interest. Traffic. Engagement. CRM. Advocacy. Revenue.
Key Relationships: Regional Heads of Marketing; Regional GMs; Brand Marketing; Integrated Marketing. Collaborates with regional functional leaders, Design, Product Development, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Strategy, Consumer Insight and Human Resources.
Additional relationships include but are not limited to agency partners, outside vendors and contractors, wholesale, and retail accounts.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
15+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of the apparel industry and consumer behavior.
Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Hiring Range : $254,016.00 USD - $317,520.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
