We are currently searching for a Digital and Content Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing department in Encino. This position will provide direct assistance to the Marketing team and the Sr. Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities:
The Digital and Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance the company's online presence, drive engagement, and support business objectives. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive digital initiatives, including social media management, content creation, and analytics. A key focus is on building a cohesive and impactful online presence, aligned with the company’s broader marketing goals, while leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategy and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a data-driven, comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for digital growth.
- Drive innovation by recommending and implementing emerging digital trends and technologies.
- Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for all digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute a robust, multi-platform social media strategy that enhances the brand’s presence and fosters audience engagement.
- Set and monitor goals for follower growth, engagement rates, and conversions across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create engaging, shareable content tailored to each platform.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to optimize campaigns and ensure relevance.
- Act as the main point of contact for social media management tools and analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Plan, implement, and oversee multi-channel digital campaigns, ensuring they align with broader marketing strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that combine paid, earned, and owned media efforts.
- Ensure all campaigns reflect brand values, tone, and visual identity.
- Create a framework for consistent and high-quality content production, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall messaging.
- Develop content calendars and workflows that integrate with larger digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including media/PR, to amplify reach and engagement.
- Familiarize with keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Track and analyze campaign performance (Knowing Google Analytics is a plus) and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
- Use advanced analytics to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make informed recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports on ROI, digital engagement, and social media metrics, ensuring strategies remain agile and impactful.
- Provide leadership on A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization to enhance campaign success.
- Other related duties and assignments as required
Qualifications:
Training and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of leading social media strategies and initiatives.
- Writing, editing and producing high quality content.
- Expertise in social media scheduling platforms, graphic design and video editing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize social media ad campaigns and budgets effectively.
- Must have ability to drive personal vehicle on company business.
- Clean driving record and current insurance required.

Salary range: $65,141 - $71,943
