North America office located a few miles south of downtown Salt Lake City, near the Wasatch Mountains.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Digital Content Coordinator at Gregory Mountain Products will oversee marketing content organization and distribution, facilitating collaboration between Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to enhance brand representation and support content creation.
The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for organizing and distributing all marketing photography, video, and copywriting content. The role ensures a smooth, accurate, and efficient workflow of marketing content and data between Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, including the management of third-party content management platforms and internal data management processes. They will also plan an important role in content creation for print, digital, and social assets by supporting pre-production planning and content creation.
CONTENT MANAGEMENT
- Photo and Video Content Management: Owns and maintains all photo and video files, naming conventions, tags, organization and manages uploads to third-party asset management platforms.
- Copywriting and Data Management: Acts as the bridge between Product Line Management and Marketing for product copy and specifications, including organization, proofing and upload to third-party asset management platforms.
- Digital Content Distribution: Manage the distribution of content to internal teams including asset portal organization
- Photo & Video Shoot Coordination: Supporting role on logistics and coordination of photoshoots and maintains detailed calendars and timelines as well as sales and photography sample management.
- Content Creation: Supports the content and media teams by assisting with content creation needs.
ACTIVATION TEAM SUPPORT
- Direct to Consumer: Maintain calendars, provide assets, manage website corrections, and ensure accurate brand and product representation on Gregory’s owned websites
- Key Account Asset Management: Audit assets to ensure accurate brand representation and to ensure that accurate photo, video, and copy assets are being used to communicate to our end- consumers effectively
- Event Support: Occasional logistics and event support when needed, for company events and for Marketing Activation team.
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Marketing Operations: Works closely with Director of Marketing and Content Manager to manage and maintain marketing calendars, project tracking, and meeting agendas and notes.
- Manages Invoices: Submits and processes invoices in accordance with company policy and processes
- Tracks Budget: Maintains budget file for Director of Marketing
