SHORT DESCRIPTION

Seeking a motivated Digital Content Producer to create compelling video content for Waystar, a leading healthcare payments platform, while supporting various marketing initiatives.

ABOUT THIS POSITION
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Content Marketing, the Digital Content Producer is a motivated, energetic team member who is passionate about creating visually compelling video content for one of the fastest-growing software companies in the U.S. This go-getter films and edits video content, schedules and conducts interviews, creates scripts, manages video storage, publishes videos across Waystar’s channels and social media, tracks metrics, offers improvements to optimize viewership, and upholds Waystar video brand standards.

As someone who takes initiative, the Digital Content Producer is an excellent communicator with well-rounded critical thinking abilities and feels at home in integrated content creation software including, but not limited to, video editing software and social media management software. The Digital Content Producer will support all content marketing efforts which encompass external and internal marketing initiatives. This team member is creative, eager to gain integrated marketing content skills, and enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-paced work environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own video scripting, creation, editing and management
  • Capture footage and photos at both internal and external events
  • Manage video storage and video content library
  • Define and develop video brand guidelines
  • Implement viewership, growth and engagement strategies
  • Work with designers, content managers and subject matter experts to create videos supporting multiple needs
  • Maintain ongoing video content calendar
  • Work closely with video vendors to align and ensure brand integrity
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing team members to track and analyze video performance and create an improvement strategy
  • Other content duties as assigned (includes writing, social media, internal and external content, and more)
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or related field
  • 4-7 years video production and creation experience
  • Proficiency developing and executing video content strategy
  • Expertise working in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Proficiency generating and understanding analytics reports and developing improvement initiatives
  • Ability to execute and prioritize many tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and to participate in cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
