The Digital & Dealer Marketing Lead will enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition through strategic digital marketing initiatives that support Newmar Corporation and its dealerships.

Primary Objective of Position: The Digital & Dealer Marketing Lead will oversee the strategic development, management, optimization, and execution of paid media, digital content and dealer digital and showroom content strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement and customer acquisition while supporting long-term business growth for both brand and dealerships.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Strategy Development: Lead integrated marketing strategies that combine paid media and SEO-driven content to boost brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition while supporting the growth of both the overall brand and the individual dealership.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including content creation, media planning, distribution, and optimization across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more while driving traffic and leads for the Newmar brand and equipping individual dealerships to do the same.
  • Performance Metrics & Sales Improvement: Set KPIs, track performance and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization of campaigns for both brand and dealership marketing efforts.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with cross-functional partners and agency partners to create engaging, SEO-optimized content (articles, videos, social posts) that aligns with both brand and dealership objectives, supporting promotions, events, and services. Develop content for lead follow up best practices and dealership websites.
  • Paid Media Optimization: Optimize paid media campaigns to maximize ROI, utilizing data-driven tactics such as targeted ads, bidding strategies, and platform placement to promote brand initiatives and dealership offerings.
  • Dealer Showroom Experiences: Lead strategic execution of Digital Kiosks, Design Center Updates, and Digital Displays.
  • Digital Platform Management & Administration: Oversee and maintain consumer-facing websites (e.g., NewmarCorp.com, NewPar, NewServe, Shop, Resorts), optimizing usability and user experience.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to develop to align strategies and content with both brand and dealership objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience.
  • Performance Metrics & Sales Improvement: Set KPIs, track performance and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization of campaigns for both brand and dealership marketing efforts.
  • Digital Asset Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of the Digital Assets Library.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by Director of Brand Marketing, VP of Marketing & Strategy, or other Executive Team members.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven digital marketing experience, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display ads
  • Experience in B2B relationship management and channel marketing
  • Skilled in digital campaign creation, targeting, and audience engagement
  • Experience with AEM content management environment
  • Expertise in optimizing landing pages and user interfaces
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools and data-driven marketing
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Up-to-date with current trends in online marketing and analytics
  • Ability to work independently and within teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
