Position Summary
The Digital Design & Marketing Associate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs that align with the Crowned Athletics brand. This role will involve working across various mediums, including digital and print, to enhance brand identity and deliver engaging content for product launches, marketing campaigns, and events. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for aesthetics, strong creative skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to bring ideas to life.
**This is a 1099 Contractor position**
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or college student in their junior or senior year)
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing creativity and technical expertise
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva/Adobe Illustrator)
- Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop/Lightroom)
- Understanding of branding and design principles, with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated towards excellence and professional development
- Passion for Disney, exercise, and connecting with community
- Legally authorized to work in the United States of America
Preferred Qualifications
- Video editing experience (e.g., CapCut/InShot)
- Email marketing experience (e.g., Flodesk)
- Social media content creation experience
Schedule & Location
- Remote within the United States of America
- Approximately 15-20 hours / week
- Flexible work schedule within the hours of 9 AM - 6 PM

Job Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Design
- Create high-quality, on-brand visuals for marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
- Develop print materials, such as event signage, promotional flyers, and packaging designs.
- Ensure consistency across all design outputs, adhering to brand guidelines.
Email Marketing
- Craft visually appealing and effective email marketing campaigns for product launches, in-person events, and virtual events.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure email designs are on-brand and aligned with overall campaign objectives.
Social Media Content Creation
- Design graphics for use on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Associate to align visuals with campaign strategies.
Collaborative Projects
- Partner with photographers, influencers, licenses, and the marketing team to create cohesive and engaging assets.
- Assist in planning and executing on-site shoots to capture product and lifestyle visuals.
Trend Utilization
- Stay informed on design trends and incorporate them into creative concepts.
- Propose innovative design solutions to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
Performance Evaluation
- Gather feedback to refine designs and improve the creative process.
- Monitor engagement metrics to assess the impact of visual assets.
