The Digital Experience Manager will enhance the member digital experience at SFCU through effective digital marketing strategies and innovative solutions.

In this role you will be responsible for optimizing the digital member experience and marketing activities for SFCU. This role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies, analyzing data to optimize campaigns, and ensuring the effectiveness of all digital marketing assets. The Digital Experience Manager will be expected to develop new front-end features that will enhance overall member digital experience.

This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of digital marketing, online/mobile banking experience, and a passion for leveraging online channels to drive engagement and growth. The Digital Experience & Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in advancing SFCU digital presence, optimizing online marketing initiatives and member experience through innovative solutions and effective digital strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mind-set, exceptional organizational skills, ability to work cross functionally with multiple departments and excellent communication skills.

Reporting: Hybrid with minimum 2 day on site reporting-SFCU Headquarters, Sidney NY

Salary: $67,007-$83,759

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive member engagement and growth.

Develop, create, edit, and manage high-quality, engaging content that aligns with SFCU's brand and resonates with our target audience. Ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms, including the website, social media, email, and online/mobile banking.

Ensure digital platforms including mobile/online banking platforms are user-friendly and optimized for all devices.

Identify obstacles and opportunities for improvement using data analytics, as well as member and teammate feedback and pain points.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics, using insights to optimize campaign performance.

Use data-driven insights to create personalized member experiences across digital channels. Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms to streamline member journeys, cross sell opportunities and retention.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and member experience to drive continuous improvement.

Conduct A/B testing and other strategies to maximize conversion rates and user engagement.

Participate and make effective recommendations for the development, roll-out or promotion of new and existing digital banking capabilities.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing including online/mobile banking marketing/experience. Experience in Alkami is strongly preferred.

Education (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.

This includes strong communication abilities to clearly articulate ideas and convey complex information to both technical and non-technical team members. The role requires effective teamwork and the capacity to work cross-functionally with various departments to align strategies and achieve common goals.
