About the Role:

The Role: We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to work directly with Clients. We take client success and relationships seriously. Our Digital Marketing Managers have significant support, working with a robust team of internal digital marketing specialists and subject matter experts.

Job Responsibilities

• Primary client relationship holder - you are the advocate of each client within LeadsNearby and the primary advocate of LeadsNearby to your clients.
• Help clients achieve value - we know clients interpret value differently. You get to know each client and how they interpret value and make sure we're not only executing their program to achieve it but that they know all about our value delivery to them.
• Client retention and growth - using your listening skills and sales mindset, make sure clients stay in the LeadsNearby family and when appropriate present them with additional services capable of achieving their ongoing / growing needs.
• Using Digital Marketing understanding and client goals work with the team to create an ongoing marketing strategy and execute the appropriate tactics in coordination with the team.
• Please be prepared to demonstrate listening skills, sales skills and a true client success orientation (conversational fluidity) with examples.
• DMM candidates should demonstrably broad knowledge in most Digital Marketing areas: SEO, Social Media, Google Business profile, Reviews, Paid Advertising, Content Marketing, Email /Marketing Automation, Business profile accuracy (NAP). Wordpress familiarity and website conversion are also needed.
• Expected tool familiarity consists of: SEMRush, Google Search Console, ChatGPT or other AI, Ahrefs, Agency Analytics (Google Analytics), Builtwith, Yoast SEO, Loom and Others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
