We’re currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our team and our healthcare clients to create and manage highly effective paid and organic digital advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for driving results using Google Ads, Programmatic Advertising, and other digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in paid search, organic search optimization, and programmatic campaigns, along with design skills to bring creative assets to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid search (Google Ads) campaigns across search, display, and video platforms, ensuring high ROI and achieving client goals.
- Manage programmatic advertising campaigns through demand-side platforms (DSPs) to deliver highly targeted and effective ad placements.
- Create, optimize, and verify Google Business Profiles for healthcare clients to improve local search visibility and ensure accurate business information across Google Search and Maps.
- Monitor and update business profiles regularly to reflect changes in services, hours, and contact details, while leveraging features like posts, reviews, and Q&A to enhance client engagement and visibility.
- Implement and track SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings, increasing inbound traffic and leads.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other reporting tools to provide insights and actionable recommendations.
- Create and manage creative assets, collaborating with the design team to ensure ads are visually appealing, on-brand, and engaging.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and emerging technologies, especially within the healthcare sector.
- Work with clients to understand their goals, develop comprehensive marketing strategies, and communicate results.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in paid search (Google Ads), SEO, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEM/SEO principles, and programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, MediaMath, or similar).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and AdWords Editor.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Basic to intermediate graphic design skills, including experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
- Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
