Job Description:
ReNew Dental Arts is seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Expert to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for improving, managing, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across Facebook, Google Ads, and other key platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, website optimization, and CRM management, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve target KPIs.
• Collaborate with the team to create effective ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
• Optimize our website and landing pages through Wix for improved user experience and conversion rates.
• Leverage GoHighLevel CRM software to manage leads, automate workflows, and enhance customer engagement.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
• Assist with planning and executing marketing initiatives for a new, related business venture aimed at helping other dentists implement effective digital marketing systems.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing successful Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
• Expertise in website management and optimization, preferably with Wix.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, with experience in GoHighLevel being a significant advantage.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
