Digital Marketer, Lead Generation Specialist

Hybrid Position - Must be local to Bradenton, FL

Come grow with us. Leading local online marketing and lead generation company is looking for a tech-savvy lead generation specialist.

Initial training requires 2-3 days per week on-site in Lakewood Ranch. On-site training decreases over the first 3-4 weeks and the job becomes mostly remote.

Excellent opportunity for an individual who is inquisitive, eager to learn, adapts well to change and embraces opportunities for personal and professional growth. A basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, PPC campaigns, or lead generation is needed. No cold calling is required.

Our mission is to help small businesses grow using a cost-effective lead generation system. As a small team of professionals, we provide online marketing to service contractors. Finding the right candidate to work cohesively with our close-knit team is imperative to providing the best service to our clients. We pride ourselves on delivering superior customer support and industry expertise.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Build relationships and frequently correspond with customers to enhance their results
• Work in one or multiple systems to locate and accurately relay pertinent information
• Respond to customer inquiries to provide information and problem-resolution
• Accept payments from customers
• Conduct account reviews and offer feedback to customers
• Demonstrate proficient technical abilities to update and enhance lead generation sites
• Add content to websites - will train (photos, special promotions, testimonials)
• Acquire information needed to build local listings and citations (Google, Yelp, Facebook, Angie's List, etc.)
• Enter data into CRM, and other data systems
• Assist prospective clients through stages of the sales cycle
• Close new accounts suggest additional services as appropriate
• Set up Google Ads and LSA Accounts (will train)
• Monitor and report on Google Ads results
• Optimize Ads campaigns to improve lead performance (will train)

Requirements:

• Ability to work productively from home with reliable internet service
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
• Great attitude and professional demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Desire and aptitude to learn new systems and processes
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, emailing, payment systems
• Enjoy interacting on the telephone
• Extensive time (2-3 hours per day) will be spent on the phone with potential and existing customers

**$19.50 hourly starting base pay, plus generous commission and benefits**
