Ignite Visibility is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Account Manager, Franchise to manage franchise accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and account growth in a remote work environment.

Are you passionate about account services and helping clients grow? Do you have experience working with and manage franchise accounts? If so, Ignite Visibility, an award-winning digital marketing agency with offices in San Diego, CA and Orlando, FL is hiring a talented Digital Marketing Account Manager, Franchise for our Account Services franchise team. This role is fully remote. The Account Manager, Franchise is a client-facing, post-sale role. Account Managers will work with a dedicated group of clients and will be responsible for understanding and achieving the client’s short- and long-term goals. They will serve as the day-to-day primary contact for our clients. They are a natural communicator, an expert digital marketer, and a problem-solver. The Account Manager will maintain client satisfaction and grow accounts through upsells and renewals while ensuring a high level of quality work is being delivered to meet the client's goals. This role is only open to U.S. residents in any of the 50 states.


Responsibilities:

  • Be a strategic partner to our clients
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact
  • Manage client expectations and strategies from inception to delivery
  • Ensure client satisfaction by managing overall account health while actively managing risk
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the delivery of timely quality work
  • Ensure account profitability and efficiencies while utilizing agency resources
  • Work towards heightening the client's trust in the agency and its internal team members
  • Provide regular reports and status updates to ensure each client is aware of the value being delivered
  • Maintain a business development mindset, partnering with the Client Success Director to discuss any opportunities to increase current client revenue or potential new business
  • Manage all billing changes, including new services, reduction in services, and cancellations
  • Responsible for obtaining client approvals for all new estimates and change orders
  • Ability to communicate rapidly and effectively with all parties involved in the projects
  • Stay on top of industry trends in order to stay on the cutting edge
  • Assist sales team with presentations and proposal development
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or Account Executive in a digital marketing advertising agency supporting franchise clients
  • Ability to communicate rapidly and effectively with all parties involved in the projects, communicate in English, present, and influence key stakeholders
  • Have a drive to learn and grow in digital marketing knowledge and skills continually
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as Paid Search, SEO

Display, Social, Content Marketing, UX, and Analytics

  • Experience with B2B & B2C lead generation
  • Franchise or multi-location marketing experience
  • Strong sales and client growth skills
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
  • Proven ability to build rapport with clients and problem-solve effectively
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • 4+ years’ experience in client account management/client success experience
  • 4+ years of sales and business development experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in digital marketing
  • Excellent business acumen and experience working with business executives
  • Experience working with Project Management systems such as PK4, Slack, and other Account management tools and platforms, such as website analytic tools like Google Analytics
