SHORT DESCRIPTION

The Digital Marketing Analyst will drive website traffic through digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and support overall advertising strategy across multiple platforms.

Summary

The Digital Marketing Analyst has a proven track record of driving website traffic using a wide array of advertising, content marketing, analytics, and social media platforms. This individual will be responsible for overall performance and growth across several existing advertising outlets and social communities. The ideal candidate must be data-driven, analytical, strategic, able to troubleshoot complex analytical client requests, and have thorough experience running digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, propose, implement, and optimize text and banner ad campaigns on a variety of platforms (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Sponsored Content, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads) and for Clients targeting a variety of audiences with complex and overlapping needs
  • Manage SEM and social media campaigns within a predetermined budget and under our target CPA
  • Analyze and report on Client website performance, ad campaigns, and social media efforts using a variety of analytics dashboards
  • Consistently and proactively monitor Clients’ content marketing and campaign/website performance, supported by proactive recommendations, best practices, A/B testing results, and generalized optimizations
  • Develop and deliver regular website and campaign performance reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders with a high degree of accuracy
  • Fluently respond to questions about SEO and Campaign tactic best practices
  • Create and manage dashboard and analytics reporting processes
  • Strong knowledge of current Inbound Marketing best practices and how to leverage various elements of marketing automation to fit the needs of various campaigns, Clients, and target audiences
  • Understand and apply generative AI for basic enhancements to content/ideation
  • Strong analytical mind with expertise and fluency in qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies
  • Ensure stringent quality control process, billable time, and deadlines for all deliverables
  • Demonstrate commitment to HDMZ’s Ten Core Values during daily work as well as interactions with internal and external teams

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in online advertising at a company with primary responsibility in digital analytics ROI, and involvement in a robust, growing online presence
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, or related field
  • Comprehensive understanding of Digital Marketing & Media platforms and tools Including Advantage, Campaign Manager / DV360 / Mighty Hive, Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google, Bing Ads, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on multiple, overlapping digital properties
  • Positive engagement, attention to detail, and superior communication skills while collaborating with internal and external teams
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan ahead, judge priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Independent worker with the ability to self-solve for strategies, troubleshooting, and data analysis with minimal supervision
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certification required by start date
  • Technical knowledge of web marketing tools such as Tags, widgets, RSS Feeds, HTML, CSS, APIs, etc.
  • Familiarity with the life science industry and regulations affecting healthcare communications and advertising
  • Creativity and excellent writing skills
