This is a hybrid position, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Depending on the candidate and experience, we're open to making this a full-time remote position.
Opportunity
We are looking to hire a driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth by identifying new lead channels, creating and nurturing outbound marketing campaigns, and setting up high-quality meetings for our sales team to close deals. This position will be full-time with benefits, base pay, plus commission.

What You’ll Do
- Identify and Develop Lead Channels: Research and leverage various platforms, tools, and networks to source potential B2B leads.
- Marketing Campaign Creation & Nurturing: Design and execute targeted email, social media, and other outbound marketing campaigns to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system to track progress and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to understand ideal client profiles, align strategies, and set high-quality meetings.
- Data Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign data to optimize performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong familiarity with content marketing, SEO, and digital solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B environment, preferably in agency or digital marketing.
- Proven experience creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in working with sales and fulfillment teams, ensuring scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
- An understanding of AI, LLM, and other emerging technologies.
- A demonstrated ability to build a positive, results-driven team culture that aligns with company values.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, and other business management tools.
