QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required; at least one year of relevant digital marketing experience preferred, with a focus on the automotive industry. Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and knowledge of SEO/PPC best practices essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain digital assets, create SEO-optimized website content, run PPC campaigns, coordinate advertising strategies, oversee performance tracking and reporting, implement social media plans, and audit website functionality and SEO.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Kiefer Auto Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to contribute to the automotive marketing team by managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing online presence, and collaborating with dealership staff to enhance marketing strategies.
DAY-TO-DAY TASKS INCLUDE:
Designing and Creating SEO-optimized Website Landing pages with relevant content or features for potential customers
REQUIRED DIGITAL MARKETING / E-COMMERCE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Google Analytics
- Wordpress Website Administration (a positive but not necessary)
- Graphic Design Experience (Canva or Photoshop)
- Adobe Premiere Pro experience (a positive but not necessary)
- Experience optimizing websites for SEO using Google’s standards
- Social Media experience
- Some Microsoft Excel experience or interest (a positive for reporting)
- Basic understanding of HTML for the purpose of sending eMail blasts
- Strong interpersonal skills required for coordination with dealership management and third-party vendors
- At least one year of relevant experience; experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred
- Ability to work productively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
- Strong computer skills, including website administration & SEO
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including targeted and remarketing advertisements (strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite & Google Docs equivalent (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required.
- Familiarity with Google AdWords campaign management (preferred)
COMPENSATION FOR MARKETING COORDINATOR INCLUDES:
- $16-$20/hr (TBD based on experience)
