SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Digital Marketing Assistant will support integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Overview
The Digital Marketing Assistant is responsible for contributing to integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Assistant will work with the marketing team, sales team, other internal teams, such as programmers, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Contributes and supports all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Creates and maintains a personal digital marketing calendar.
- Contribute to the designs, builds, and maintenance our social media presence.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPI).
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Ability to create, edit and publish graphic art in relationship to website and social media.
- Contribute and support the creation of videos for YouTube channel.
- Sees projects through from concept to completion within assigned timelines and meets quality expectations.
Additional and/or Specific Skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must be highly organized - demonstrated success managing multiple tasks with a laser focus on detail as well as proven project management experience with the ability to establish and meet objectives on time.
- Detail oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Works well under pressure and can work extended hours to meet tight deadlines.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven digital marketing work experience.
- Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics), certification a plus.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords, Facebook, and LinkedIn campaigns, Google AdWords, and Facebook Blueprint certifications a plus.
- Graphics and photo editing for web (websites, social media, video)
- Experience using CRM, CMS, and ESP tools.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Working knowledge of media, HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices of online marketing and measurement.
- Experience promoting technology products a plus.

- Long periods of sitting.
- Call Center Noise.

- Repetitive Typing and use of a mouse.
Other
- Regular and reliable attendance is required. Individuals must be able to work at least a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday and be available as situations arise requiring extended hours.
