Position Overview: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Consultant to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations in support of our digital marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing digital marketing performance across various channels, including paid media, SEO, and website activity.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze data from digital campaigns, website performance, and customer engagement to measure ROI and effectiveness.
  • Create detailed performance reports and dashboards to provide Marketing Director and CMO with actionable insights and track progress against key metrics.

Campaign Optimization:
  • Collaborate with agencies and Marketing Director to optimize campaigns across channels, including paid media, email, social media, and organic search.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance, landing page conversions, and email engagement rates.

SEO and Website Analytics:
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring optimal site health, user experience, and SEO rankings.
  • Identify opportunities for improving organic traffic through content optimization and technical SEO recommendations.

Marketing Funnel Analysis:
  • Support the marketing team in mapping and analyzing the customer journey to identify areas for improvement in lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Work with CRM and automation tools to provide insights that enhance marketing funnel performance.

Competitive and Market Analysis:
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and uncover opportunities for differentiation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools to keep KBS ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, campaign optimization, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Console, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, BrightEdge), and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholder audiences.
