SHORT DESCRIPTION

Looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support client campaigns, develop digital marketing strategies, and provide education and guidance on enhancing online visibility.

WebMO is a Tucson-based, full-service digital marketing agency and High Impact

Google Partner. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be trained to work

directly with our clients to help grow their businesses through effective digital

marketing.

The ideal candidate is someone who possesses integrity, passion, and the aptitude

to rapidly develop their digital marketing skills via on the job training. After

advancement through our training program, we'll also provide you with an

opportunity for increased pay and responsibility.

A Day in the Life:

Every day at WebMO is different and changes based on each of your client's needs and what projects you are focusing on. Once you are trained, here’s some of what you might do on any given day:

  • Educate a client during a phone call on their top-performing pages and how those fit into their organic visibility strategy
  • Respond to questions via email, phone calls or instant messaging from your clients and the WebMO team regarding the status of the campaigns under your management.
  • Attend a WebMO-led training about Digital Marketing best practices, joined by your fellow staff, existing clients, and potential new clients
  • Brainstorm with other team members to look for improvements and how to best illustrate the client’s unique value proposition on their ads or website.
  • Build a custom report for a client that they can access at any time to get updates on their SEO campaign
  • Collaborate with the development team to set up advanced tracking on a client’s website to give them a deeper level of data
  • Meticulously complete a check of a client’s online health, including checking form functionality, site speed, and mobile friendliness

Job Duties:

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the primary point of contact for your

clients and will coordinate their projects, execute their digital marketing strategies,

and educate them on their progress. Responsibilities include:

  • Direct communication with existing clients and strategic partners via phone, email, video, and in-person
  • Translating technical concepts into language that makes sense to a less technical audience
  • Listening to and empathizing with business owners about their marketing and business goals and challenges
  • Providing education, guidance, and assistance to clients on a variety of digital marketing topics to clarify how our strategy will increase their online visibility
  • Compiling and delivering marketing campaign progress reports to management and clients
  • Using in-house technology and systems to evaluate, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies
  • Coordinating client projects internally between designers, developers, analysts, management, and billing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
