The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence, attract traffic, and generate leads, while focusing on performance monitoring and content alignment with the company’s goals.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports executing digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence across digital platforms, attract website traffic, and generate leads. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role focuses on implementing digital strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring all content aligns with the company’s goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow their digital marketing skills.
Qualifications and Skillsets:
- Provide day-to-day maintenance of the company website, including content updates, on-page SEO optimization, and ensuring functionality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize landing pages.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for digital marketing efforts.
- Assist in preparing reports on website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign results.
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments like Business Development to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy alignment.
- Coordinate with external vendors or partners as needed for digital projects.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices to recommend new ideas for optimization.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years in a marketing or digital marketing role (internships included).
