Seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Baby Trend to manage online marketing efforts, drive lead generation, optimize campaigns, and support sales growth through strategic content and collaboration.

Baby Trend is a manufacturer of consumer related baby products and is located in Fontana, CA. Our products are sold at nationwide retail locations and juvenile specialty stores. Our slogan is convenience through innovation and thoughtful design. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to be responsible for our online marketing efforts to achieve business goals such as successful campaign execution, lead generation, and sales growth.

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:

Sales-Focused Campaign Management

- Develop and execute digital campaigns that drive lead generation and conversions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand target audiences and create campaigns that support sales goals.

- Optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).

Lead Generation and Nurturing

- Create and manage lead-generation strategies using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads etc.

- Develop and execute email marketing workflows to nurture leads and drive them toward purchase.

- Monitor and improve lead quality by optimizing landing pages, forms, and calls to action (CTAs).

Sales Enablement Support

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop content that supports their outreach efforts, including case studies, pitch decks, and product one-pagers.

- Analyze marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and ensure they are effectively handed off to sales for follow-up.

- Strong knowledge within Walmart(dot com, marketplace), Amazon, and Target

Analytics and Reporting

- Track and report campaign performance, including lead volume, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.

- Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.

- Prepare monthly reports for both the marketing and sales teams to highlight key metrics and growth opportunities.

Content and Messaging

- Create compelling content (ads, social media posts, emails, blog posts) that resonates with potential customers and aligns with the sales narrative.

- Ensure all messaging is consistent with the brand and focused on addressing customer pain points.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with sales teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.

- Collaborate with product and design teams to create sales-centric promotional materials.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on sales or lead generation.

- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Amazon Portals, Target, Walmart etc).

- Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer journey mapping.

- Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
