Associate degree in Business/Communications with 0-1 years of experience in marketing, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; proficient in MS Office and marketing software; familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools; knowledge of web analytics tools and CMS tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, manage content posting on social media and the company website, conduct competitor research, implement digital marketing strategies, support email marketing campaigns, monitor lead generation activities, assist with trade show setups, and support the marketing team with photo and video shoots.

As an Entry-Level Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will oversee the digital marketing campaigns and programs of the organization. You'll have the opportunity to work with seasoned professionals and gain hands-on experience in the field of marketing. You'll work closely with our Marketing team to help implement marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including social media, company website, email, events, and more.

Essential Functions:
- Post online content (provided to you) to the company’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook).
- Acquire proficiency in using the Control Panel of our website and make changes to the website as directed
- Post articles and blogs to the company website
- Gather online marketing analytical information from web and social media pages.
- Implement digital marketing strategies that support company goals and objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research analysis of competitor's strategies
- Learn how to create and manage email marketing campaigns, for Lead Nurturing and Customer Nurturing (using provided content), with a focus on using HubSpot.
- Continuously monitor Lead Generation activities daily.
- Acquire proficiency in assembling and disassembling trade show booths and provide assistance in other areas as needed.
- Provide support to the marketing team with photo and video shoots (assisting our videographer/photographer).
- Perform additional duties and organizational tasks as assigned by company leadership.
Successful Candidate will have:
- Associate degree in Business/Communications with 0-1 years of experience in marketing related field OR Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZOHO, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Knowledge of Content Management System (CMS) tools like WordPress, GoDaddy Web Builder, etc.
