We provide online marketing for Elder Law and Estate Planning Attorneys. Most attorneys struggle to get in front of quality clients. At Bambiz, our marketing gets them noticed in the community so they stand out from the competition, grow their practices, and have a positive impact on families all over the US.
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented individual to manage our clients’ marketing campaigns. You should thrive on structure, love streamlining processes, and have experience building and optimizing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
You must have prior experience with marketing technology such as Facebook Ads, Clickfunnels, GoHighLevel, Zapier, marketing funnels, project management software, and managing multiple campaigns.
Honestly, the job is not all roses and puppy dogs — there is some good news and there is some bad news.
Let’s get the bad news out of the way first:
The pay isn’t the absolute highest for the role, but it’s competitive and full-time. The pay is $20-$22/hour (based on experience), for a 40-hour workweek. It’s perfect if you want to join a growing company with a great team and enjoy contributing meaningfully while having a predictable income. If you’re seeking a six-figure salary straight out of the gate, this might not be the role for you.

- You get to work a hybrid/remote schedule. After a 90-day training period, you’ll work remotely 2-3 days per week. The other days, you’ll be at our office in Ponte Vedra (Nocatee). This balance allows you to work in an environment that suits you while still collaborating with our team in person.

Here is what a typical day will look like:
- Review and report on all active Facebook campaigns.
- Check deadlines and adjust campaigns in our project management system as needed.
- Build new campaigns using platforms like Facebook Business Manager, GoHighLevel, Nifty (project management) and Zapier.
- Create campaign automation workflows, including email, voicemail drops, and text messages.
- Perform basic editing of videos and images for campaigns.
- Use Dropbox to access and save media files.
- Communicate with the team via Slack and email.
Your schedule will be full-time, Monday – Friday, with working hours from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm ET.
Requirements:
- After the training period, you must have access to a distraction-free work environment, high-speed internet, and a mobile phone.
