Travel and Leisure Co. is proud to announce our 2025 Summer Internship Program at our Corporate Office in Orlando, Florida. As a Digital Marketing intern, you will support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, with a focus on paid media management and ad ops, email campaigns, and lifecycle marketing. You will gain hands-on experience in various digital marketing tools and techniques while working alongside experienced professionals to drive inbound leads and bookings.

In addition to the firsthand experience, the program features team projects, direct senior leadership exposure, and mentorship. We are committed to providing a comprehensive experience with real-world training. Our goal is to provide a quality internship while identifying future talent/leaders.

How You’ll Shine:

• Assist in the creation of content for paid media ads, lifecycle marketing campaigns, and email campaigns.

• Monitor and report on digital marketing campaign performance.

• Help with ad ops work in trafficing and QAing paid media ads and email sends.

• Help taking meeting notes and outline action plans.

What You’ll Bring:

• College Sophmore in Marketing & Advertising major
• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing experience preferred
• Strong interest in digital marketing and paid media
• Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (social media, Google Analytics, email marketing tools, etc.).
• Ability to commit to the program beginning in May 2025 in Orlando Florida
• Work in the Orlando corporate office M,T,W and be remote TH,F
