Position Summary

The Account Lead, Digital will primarily lead the digital marketing strategy and implementation for specific Richard Sandoval Hospitality locations. This entails overseeing integrated marketing communications, lead generation, website marketing and management, email campaigns, social media engagement, video production, mobile marketing, viral campaigns, SEO/SEM, and other digital marketing efforts.

  • Strong quantitative and data analysis skills, along with effective project management and organizational abilities, are essential for this role.
  • Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including brand, creative, analytics, and agency partners, is necessary to develop and execute data-driven campaigns that meet business goals.
  • The ideal candidate excels in planning and project management, drives relationships, values attention to detail and analytics, and exhibits a passion for contemporary marketing across diverse digital platforms such as search, programmatic advertising, social media, email, and other cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Digital Campaign Management

  • Manage the development of digital campaigns for signature multi-location restaurant brands.
  • Communicate strategy, plans, and progress while providing performance updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Drive the launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with designers to create compelling creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Leverage customer insights to better segment, target, and reach potential customers.

Account Management

  • Serve as the central point of contact for digital marketing for select restaurants in the portfolio and additional business lines.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand awareness.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
  • Manage cross-departmental project workflows, including tactical deliverables such as creative assets, landing pages, emails, and digital assets to support activities across the group and with agency partners.
  • Set acquisition and growth targets for marketing across offline and online channels, including social, search, paid search, mobile, and display.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.

Other Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team with all programs, tasks, and initiatives.
  • Assist with local marketing initiatives and photoshoots for O&O, licensing, consulting, and other restaurant teams as needed.
  • Promote a company culture focused on internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of competition and industry trends.
  • Develop solid working relationships and establish clear channels of communication across departments.
  • Create video content as needed.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an Account Lead, Digital Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Proficiency and experience running ad campaigns on digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads).
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices (organic, paid, social, email), analytics tools (e.g., GA4), and leveraging a marketing technology stack.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and strong presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the hospitality industry (hospitality groups, hospitality-focused digital marketing agencies, hotels, or restaurants).
  • Proficiency in Spanish.

Travel

  • Occasional travel may be required to restaurants in the United States or overseas.

NOTE:

Remote position - will need to be able to travel to restaurants in Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Miami occasionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
