What You Do
Develops and creates a strategy plan which includes:
- Develops and implements comprehensive digital marketing strategies in conjunction with the VP of e-Commerce and Merchandising aligned with overall business goals.
- Analyzes market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform digital marketing efforts.
Manages and oversees campaign activities, which include:
- Plans, executes, and optimizes digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Collaborates with creative teams to develops compelling ad copy, visual content, and landing pages.
- Monitors and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet KPIs and ROI targets.
Implements and manages SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic, which include:
- Manages local search directories such as Google My Business, Bing Places for Business, Apple Maps etc. to ensure accurate and consistent business information.
- Oversees SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking in conjunction with our agency.
- Utilizes digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepares regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and insights for senior management.
Content Strategy, which includes:
- Develops and executes a content strategy in conjunction with the VP of e-Commerce and merchandising that supports digital marketing efforts, drives traffic, and engages target audiences.
- Collaborates and manages the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and other digital assets.
- Oversees content planning, production, and distribution across all digital channels, including website, blog, email, and social media.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams (e.g., brand marketing, channel marketing, design, product as needed) to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and business objectives.
CMS Management, which includes:
- Oversees the day-to-day management of the website’s Content Management System (CMS), ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and SEO-optimized.
- Coordinates with IT or web development teams to implement technical SEO best practices and ensure website performance and security.
- Manages a content calendar to ensure timely publication and distribution of content.
- Launches promotional blocks and landing pages in support of our websites
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or related field required.
- 5+ years of successful digital marketing background required.
- Experience with GA4, PowerBI, heat mapping, and other performance marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager required.
- Experience in automation and email marketing with proficiency in Klaviyo and CRM such as Sugar.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and brands is highly preferred.
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and meeting business requirements is required.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset, capable of translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent content creation and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
- Ability to multi-task and possess strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
