Role Overview

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to oversee campaigns, manage operations, and deliver exceptional results for our clients—all remotely.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and performance marketing. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic across all digital platforms.
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring optimal ROI through data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and enhance website performance.
  • Utilize SEM techniques to maximize paid search effectiveness and manage advertising budgets efficiently.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve lead generation efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance using SQL and other analytics tools to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content using Adobe Creative Suite for various digital platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends and manage social media marketing efforts to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns (social media, Google Ads, email, etc.).
  • Monitor and improve campaign performance to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure high-quality content creation and brand consistency.
  • Use tools like GoHighLevel and Zapier for automation and CRM management.
  • Collaborate with team members through Notion and Slack.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing management experience.
  • Proven success in digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and marketing tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with CSS for website management and enhancements is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms is preferred.
  • A creative mindset with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
